I had reiki the other day and felt a warm feeling and tingling. What have other people felt or experienced?

HI, REIKI is good .and you do feel a warm feeling and tingling .which is nothing but energy passing thru you.I myself pactice reiki on myself and my young son.we both feel better with it.its good to learn it or also good if somebody gives you.You will definate benifet fom it.
