   HI, REIKI is good .and you do feel a warm feeling and tingling .which is nothing but energy passing thru you.I myself pactice reiki on myself and my young son.we both feel better with it.its good to learn it or also good if somebody gives you.You will definate benifet fom it.

   With my first Reiki treatment i experienced waves,colours and white noise but no tingling or heat but with my second (with another Reiki master) i experienced heat and tingling and nothing else, so not all treatments are the same as you could have a treatment with another practitioner and have a different experience.

   Reiki is so bogus. Please do research on these fraudulent practices. Haven’t you ever thought that “faith healers” are bogus? Please read this article and follow various links. The people that practice Reiki have little or no scientific background. They are pretending to be factual and evidence based (and medical), but its really more of a religious concept.
