I am a rationalist and I know that chakras do not exist because I have a brain.
I also know that if you pay anyone to give you spiritual healing …you have just thrown away your money to a conman or women.Study astrology not astronomy and tell me which is true and which is stupid.

Actually, it is not only in hinduism. Just hindus call it chakras. but there are thousands of year old philosophies that have the same understanding, just that they dont call it chakras.

Even in Islam and Taoism it talks about the 7 heavens on earth.

BigNastyMan - Sorry but you are wrong in what you said. In fact, Indians were the ones who wanted to know about life and thus meditated and founded Spirituality. Sanskrit, the language used, plays a high role such as mantras. Keep in mind that “chakra” is sanskrit. Kundalini is also sanskrit and no it did not come from the moors.

It is true that …
It is true that chakras are not part of the original Reiki. It is also true that many people who practice Reiki develop, grow,and expand their awareness. As we heal our inner obstructions, new things become possible, like working with chakras, because less and less stands in the way of progress. There would be no purpose to healing if it was not to overcome imbalances at all levels of our being. I feel we should embrace the blessings of Reiki and not put a limit on ourselves.
